Our Bartending School in Tampa, Florida has been training Tampa's best bartenders since 1978. The campus Director, Pat Baird opened the Tampa campus in 1978. She has worked continuously at this campus for over 29 years. No other school in Tampa can boast of her accomplishment.

The Amercan Bartending School teaching staff has over 20 years of on-the-job work experience in bartending & management. They are dedicated to preparing our students to be the best. In addition to the training manual, you will learn the "tricks of the trade" from our highly qualified instructors who have years of bartending experience.
Our Tampa campus trains bartenders from Clearwater, Saint Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, Port Richey and Pinnellas County.
Course Information
Our Professional Mixology course consists of ten, 4-hour lessons covering all of the information our graduates will need to know to tend bar professionally.
The course consists of eight drink lessons, responsible alcohol service and a beer and wine lesson. Our students receive about 12 hours of lecture and 28 hours of behind the bar practice time.
